每天都只是 5-6 个小时的睡眠时间,远远不够睡,精神感到紧张疲惫。每天中午都得靠咖啡提提神,厌倦咯这样的状态,每天都过得有点紧张。Orz…
下个月列好睡眠时间,医生都说我不能老熬夜咯。定在每天晚上 11 点睡觉。
得保持充沛的睡眠。
